Severtson’s Rapid KTS: Knob Tensioning System enables high-performance vinyl projection surfaces to be built in to an electric projection screen without sacrificing image stability. Rapid KTS makes it simple to micro-tune the screen tension.
Truly Simple Operation
Severtson Rapid KTS is a knob tensioning system that makes maintaining the perfect level of screen tension very simple. The unique internal tensioning mechanism holds the string tension firmly and evenly on both sides of the screen. No tools are required to make adjustments – allowing rapid, truly simple tuning of the screen tension. The knob is conveniently located on the side of the bottom weight bar and the screen tension can be adjusted while the screen is in use. To increase string tension, rotate the knob clockwise; to decrease string tension, press the release button and rotate the knob counter-clockwise until desired tension is reached.
